peacefulserenityxhealthylife: December 2011- May 2012! I stumbled across a photo I’d taken a few months ago and was so interested to see how I compare now. The December photo was taken 4 months into my journey, the May photo taken 8 months later, at the point I’m at now. Weight is irrelevant to me, so I’ll compare my progress since then in inches lost! Waist:  December: 36” May: 31” Hips: December: 47” May: 39” Measurements, a much more accurate way to track progress than the scales! Wow same measurements too, that’s crazy. You look amazing!

peacefulserenityxhealthylife: My official BEFORE and AFTER! HW: 111.5kgs (245lbs) GW: 85.0kgs (187lbs) CW: 81.5kgs (179lbs) As of this morning I have lost an even 30kgs!!! (66lbs) After 9 months of dedication, persistence, hard work and appreciation towards my mind, body and soul I’ve reached a point in my life where there is no turning back. This is me, this is who I am.  I am fit. I am strong. I am capable. Come and join me for the beginning of my new journey, I would love to have you here with me. I hope to inspire you and make you believe that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Let us unleash your inner beast! Oh my god, same height and body shape, this is crazy!
