1. Nutrition
* No soda or carbonated drinks (none since 10/1/11)
* Limit fast food, try to only have Subway if any
* Avoid alcohol
* Drink 1/2 my body weight in fluid ounces of water a day
* Avoid white bread, rice, pasta etc, eat whole grain instead
* Make healthy versions of the foods that I love
* Try new foods
* Right now, mostly fruits, veggies, whole grains, some dairy (Chobani yogurt, one cup organic milk, etc), water, and gilled chicken breast.
2. Exercise
* 30 Day Shred everyday
* 6 Week 6 Pack everyday
* Stretch everyday
* Work on hula hooping 1/2 an hour everyday (Still getting the hang of it, only drops down at this point)
3. Skin
* A&D everyday to heal my scars, scrapes etc.
* Wash off make up everyday
* Bio oil on stretch marks
* Brush skin in shower everyday
* Use the Tretin-X on face everyday
4. Other physical
* Wash hair every other day
* Wear make up to work
* Take pill everyday (Perfect since October!)
5. Mental/emotional
* Don’t beat myself up if I eat too much, miss one day of exercising, gain weight temporarily, etc.
* Not talk down to myself
* Not judge other people and overall be friendlier
* Sleep 7-8 hours a night, don’t stay up too late
6. Life/work
* Get Circulation Assistant, hopefully at closest branch
* Move out
7. Other weight loss stuff
* Weigh myself everyday to keep on track and motivated
* Do not get discouraged if weight increases by a pound or two depending on the day before
* Progress pictures every Friday morning (May change if I get Circ Assistant and get a new schedule)
I’m working on doing one new thing or one thing better than the day before. I am doing this slowly but surely so that I don’t do it all at once and feel overwhelmed. I am creating new, healthy habits.
